Before I start

You’ll receive a short intake form and instructions for sharing your Canva file, along with any key brand assets I’ll need (logos, colours, fonts, references).

Turnaround

Most projects are completed within 24–48 hours from your scheduled work date, provided I have everything needed to begin. Faster turnaround may be available when my schedule permits.its.

What if it needs more work than expected?

I work efficiently and within the scope booked. If your project requires additional time, I’ll let you know before continuing so you can decide whether to add more time (subject to availability).
