How It Works

I review your template and aims beforehand, then work together with you in the session

• Before our session you send me your design (Canva template) and details about your project.
• I review everything beforehand so we can jump straight into your project when we meet.
• I share my screen and do the editing as we discuss each decision - you have the final say.
• At the end of our session I send you the updated Canva template and the session recording.

How It Works

Before We Start:

Once you book, you'll receive a detailed intake form. This helps me understand your project, audience, brand, and goals. You'll also send:

• Your Canva design link
• Any brand assets (logos, colors, fonts, images)
• Copy and content for the design
• Any supporting context that helps me design for your needs

Availability During Your Session:

• For some projects, I may need to clarify details as I work. We'll agree on a window of time when you're contactable via email or Voxer.  This helps keep things moving.
• For less complex projects, this may not be needed at all.

Estimating Time:

• Design work can take longer than expected. Based on your intake form, I'll let you know how many hours I think your project needs. If it requires more time than booked, I'll contact you before proceeding.
• If we can't complete everything in the time booked, I'll prioritise the most important elements and let you know what's left.

This hybrid session covers both. We start with focused time together on Zoom, then you continue working with direct access to me for Voxer support as you implement your updates.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a short intake form so I can understand your project, goals, audience, and brand. You'll also send:

• Your Canva design link
• Any relevant brand assets
• Any context that will help me support you properly

I review everything beforehand so we use our Zoom time efficiently.

During Our Zoom Session (30–60 mins)

• You walk me through your project and what you want it to achieve
• I ask clarifying questions to understand your strategy and constraints
• I give clear recommendations and outline the best next steps
• You leave with a practical action plan for your working block

During Your Two-Hour Work Block

• You implement the plan at your own pace
• You message me on Voxer if you need help, have a question, or want feedback
• You can use voice messages, typed text, or screenshots in Voxer
• I respond within the agreed window

To keep realistic expectations:

• I'm here to guide you as you work, not to do the editing. If you need help using Canva it would be best to book in a 1-1 tuition session first. (ie. 1-1 Power Hour)
• Feedback is delivered through short Voxer messages (voice or text)
• We focus on the agreed project. If you have multiple items to work on, please make sure to include them all in the inital part of our session.
