How It Works

Before We Start:

Once you book, I ask you to provide details relevant to your design. This helps me understand your project, audience, brand, and goals. You'll also send:

• Your Canva design link
• Any brand assets (logos, colors, fonts, images)
• Copy and content for the design
• Any supporting context documentation for additional clarity

Availability During Your Session:

• For some projects, I may need to clarify details as I work. We'll agree on a window of time when you're contactable via email or Voxer.  This helps keep things moving.

Estimating Time:

• I am usually pretty accurate with time estimations after reviewing your Canva template and the information you send through. 
• I'll always work with you to suggest options if you have time or budget constraints.

 Hybrid 1-1 + On Call 

I help you get your project across the line with a blend of strategy, guidance, and real-time support while you stay hands-on with your Canva project.

This hybrid session covers both.

We start with focused time together on Zoom, then you continue working with direct access to me Voxer support as you implement your updates.

• 30–60 minutes of focused design and strategy support over Zoom
• Clear next steps tailored to your project, audience, and goals
• Two hours of Voxer access for questions and quick feedback as you work
• Ability to share drafts, screenshots, or short clips for review
• Recording of the Zoom session so you can revisit the guidance anytime

How It Works

Before We Meet

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a short intake form so I can understand your project, goals, audience, and brand. You'll also send:

• Your Canva design link
• Any relevant brand assets
• Any context that will help me support you properly

I review everything beforehand so we use our Zoom time efficiently.

During Our Zoom Session (30–60 mins)

• You walk me through your project and what you want it to achieve
• I ask clarifying questions to understand your strategy and constraints
• I give clear recommendations and outline the best next steps
• You leave with a practical action plan for your working block

During Your Two-Hour Work Block

• You implement the plan at your own pace
• You message me on Voxer if you need help, have a question, or want feedback
• You can use voice messages, typed text, or screenshots in Voxer
• I respond within the agreed window

Boundaries & Expectations

If you have more than one project or skill you want to cover, I'm more than happy to help you, but please keep your expectations realistic for what you can complete.

It's going to be more beneficial to you to work on the most important thing first, get it to the stage you are aiming for, and then move on to the next if you have time.

The first hour of our session is on Zoom, 

• In the Voxer time, I give you feedback as voice or text messages, screenshots or sometimes short screen captured videos.
• We focus on the agreed project. If you have multiple items to work on, please make sure to include them all in the inital part of our session.
• I'm here to guide you as you work, not to do the editing. If you need help using Canva it would be best to book in a 1-1 tuition session first. (ie. 1-1 Power Hour)
