HOW THIS WORKS

You complete this checkout = you’re signed up.
Submit your intake form = your place is activated. Please complete within 14 days of purchase. You'll receive the intake form by email.
Once I receive your intake form, you’ll be allocated the next available round.

If you need longer than 14 days, that’s okay, but I can’t reserve a round until I receive your intake form. Numbers are capped for each round, and earlier activations get earlier available start dates.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

You send me a link to your Canva file and one focused question or issue
I give you a response for each submission
I explain what I’m seeing, suggest the design changes I think will help and include practical Canva support where useful
Feedback may be delivered through written or voice messages, annotated screenshots or a short screen recording
Voice and screen-recorded responses will be up to five minutes

WHEN DO I SEND MY SUBMISSIONS?

Your one-week Feedback Lab follows this schedule. All times are listed as Sydney time.

Submission 1: Send by 9 am Monday
You’ll receive my feedback by 9 pm Tuesday
Submission 2: Send by 9 am Thursday
You’ll receive my feedback by 9 pm Friday

These are submission cut-offs, not appointment times. You can send your work at any time before the relevant cut-off.

This gives you at least 36 hours after receiving your first response before your next submission. You can use your second submission for another round of feedback on your revised design, or for a different project.

Unused submissions do not roll over or extend your Feedback Lab period.

Time zone references for the 9 am Sydney submission cut-offs:

UK: approximately 10–11 pm the previous day
US Eastern Time: approximately 5–6 pm the previous day

Exact times may shift with daylight saving. Your confirmed round dates will include the applicable Sydney deadlines.

WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS ARE SUITABLE?

Bring your own real work and a focused question.

Feedback Lab is great for:

Presentations and proposals
Social graphics and templates
Lead magnets and PDFs
Member resources
Email graphics
YouTube thumbnails
Marketing and campaign materials
Existing Canva templates you’re adapting
Photography choices, cropping and image placement

For each submission, you can nominate up to three related pages, slides, graphics, photographs or specific elements for detailed feedback.

If you’re working on something larger, you can share the whole Canva file for context and point me to the part you want me to concentrate on.

WHAT IS THE INTAKE FORM?

The designs you bring don’t exist in isolation. They’re part of your business as a whole.

The intake form gives me essential context about your business, audience, existing visual look and what your designs need to do.

It should take you around 10–15 minutes. Your Feedback Lab place is not activated until I receive it.

THE BENEFITS OF ASYNCHRONOUS FEEDBACK

We don’t need to be online at the same time.

You send your work before one of the fixed submission cut-offs. I review it during my scheduled response period, then send my feedback through Voxer.

You can read, listen to or watch my response whenever it suits you.

Feedback Lab is not a live appointment or continuous Voxer access.

WHAT DOES YOUR FEEDBACK HELP WITH?

The point is to help you make design choices and redirect you where useful.

I’ll tell you what I’m seeing, explain what I think will make the difference and show you relevant Canva steps where that will help.

This is feedback and direction, not done-for-you editing. I may demonstrate using your Canva file, and will send the edited examples to you if I do.

DO MY SUBMISSIONS NEED TO BE FROM THE SAME PROJECT?

You can use both submissions for the same project, or bring a different project to each.

Each submission still needs one focused design question or issue.
